It Makes Me Happy

Most of us will agree that exercise makes us happy. Jeanette Delgado, Principal Dancer with Miami City Ballet, has been practicing GYROTONIC® for 8 years and shares with us how it  ‘makes her happy’ and has kept her interested for so long. She says that  regularly practicing GYROTONIC® exercises has given her insight into herself and  ‘wakes’ her body up before a long day in dance classes and company rehearsals.
